FALLOUT 3 glitch "how to climb buildings"

with this method can reach the top of the buildings.
tutorial:
stand near any ITEM, then press the jump button and grab at the same time.
Repeat this until you reach the top.

TUTORIAL:parate cerca de cualkier objeto(libro,cajas,botellas,etc) Luego presiona los botones de SALTAR y AGARRAR al mismo tiempo.Repite la operacion;veras ke poko a poko iras subiendo,hasta llegar al techo.

This isn't a glitch. I do this everyday with my hammer. Gravity actually can't understand what you're doing so it doesn't affect you. The problem is trying to get down.  Sometimes you need to go pretty high so your parachute will work. Though you could always use the Myth Busters way.

i get alittle in the air then the item falls. why does this keep happening? do i need to button mash or something?
