"Appearing 'arrogant'?" What if someone just knows their job well and are self-assured? So basically we're selling answers in an interview, and not skills...no wonders other countries are kicking the shit out of American productivity-wise. Apparently an interviewers perception of us is more important than what we're actually able to do.
Yeah, some things at an interview are obvious, but what about interviewers who nitpick-the majority of interviewers? A job interview is the biggest crock of sh*t in the world. There is no earthly reason that anyone with half a brain cannot look at a resume and determine whether or not someone has the skills/experience someone needs to fill a position...its nothing more than a personality assessment. Answering a question correctly has NOTHING to do with how well someone works!
she could be talking about the structure of dirt i wouldn't give a shit she is so gorgeous i never know when she's gonna be on but when she is, she has my full attention!!!
*paused* sounds very steriotipical... Like saying auto mobiles are a must for the American Dream yet it caused the Stock Market crash...we should of stuck with locomotives/trains. "Even if you put on the fake interview face employers/crew members haise the hell out of you so many businesses are currupt... I was let go over a peice of cheese well actually the customer was trying to get out of a $60 + check over a 35 cent peice of cheese I made them pay they complained to corp. I was let go WTF?!
I've seen some interviewers doing some pretty weird things while they interview me- and I take it as a "heads up" of future behavior if I were to stick around and take the job.
I guess those people didn't want the job very bad. Interviews suck. You could have a winning resume that truly demonstrates your abilities, but that's not enough. People aren't always themselves at a job interview because they are nervous or trying to make some kind of impression for the interviewer.
