  • Any one notice something in the back ground at 2:41. the charcoal starter, wouldnt that make a great rocket stove

  • @mogges1 Hmm, even I cant notice the firestarter being the author - what object are you referring to? The firestarter helps to ignite any fire for sure, but you dont need it with briquettes, you just break one briquette down into small pieces and throw them in the combustion chamber with some whole briquettes pushed in the door. If dried well, they ignite within one minute. It depends on the briquette material as well.

  • @Inspironator Hi there; you can see the stove in action looking in youtube for *holey roket cooking*. the stove is based on elbow rocket-stove technology, but taking advantage of the center hole of the briquette, concentrating the flame to burn with higher temperature. you can check the holeyroket*com website for more info

  • Very disappointing that he did not show this working. I have NO idea where the fuel goes or where you cook ...

  • @writergrrrl48 Please check my other video on 'holey roket cooking'

the fuel goes in from the front and back with this stove - burning 2 briquettes at the same time. The pot with water/food comes on top. Pls let me know if you have any other questions!

  • @RokStoves Man I wasnt talking about the dam author, I was talking about the firestare being use as a rocket stove,And I know what a freaking fire starter is for.BUT And Again BUT being creative I seen another use for it.Awww nevr mind It was just a dam thought.

  • Nicely done. Looks simpler pipe setup than a single fuel tube rocket stove. I'm curious why you decided to do one this way. This is very unconventional but you may be on to something if you need higher heat output. Maybe you can explain it when you demonstrate this stove. Youtubers want to see it in operation! :))

  • music to annoying

  • A light coat of greese would have made taking the pipe out.

  • I was gonna tear this video a new one for using PVC in a combustion situation.... turns out they use it for molding. Great idea!

  • Very nicely done, but why do you call it a 'Double Rocket?" I've seen all 4 of your video's, please email me when you make a video of this double rocket in operation :) thanks Also, how did you make the briquets?
