Okay, so I went to China to take a class for a couple weeks, and we did eye exercises with that exact same tape. I've been looking EVERYWHERE for it. Does anyone by any chance, have a copy or know where I can find one? It would be GREATLY appreciated. XD haha thanks

wait a minute, that first exercise wasnt THE morning exercise! It was the "relax your eyes" exercise! Most schools schedule that in between the second and third period(around 10:15-ish). What kind of weird school is this! BTW, that version of the 'morning exercise' is really lame!!

Do you know of anywhere that I could learn it, not being in China? I'd really like to be able to do it step-by-step, and this looks like a great way to wake up in the morning!

Haha! Well.. The thing is that the same routine is done pretty much all over China. So if you find someone who has attended a Chinese high school fairly recently, chances are that you have just found yourself a personal instructor. If not, just watch the video 50 something times and you should be fine. Good luck. :-P

Actually it wasn't _that_ bad. In the beginning of the year we spent most of our PE classes practising this, step by step.
