After hearing talk about the deep, light, early season conditions at Powder King, professional videographer Nate Laverty linked up with Tourism Prince George and made the trek to Northern BC for one of the greatest opening days in history. Here's the evidence.
Please note this is November 11th. Yep, you heard right, we said November 11th. PK was the first hill open in Canada this season with an all natural snow base. Get here!

@tourismpg You bet. Good job on the video by the way! We didn't hike to the top of the mountain last year but did the year before and I took an awesome 360 degree panaroma photo from the peak. It was awesome and one of the best rides ever! There is no beating that untouched powder!
