To Control

A short 16mm experimental montage about the way we try to control our lives, the amount of control we think we may have, and ultimately, the realization that our attempts are futile.

Inspiration has been drawn from different OCD sources and conventions, as well as direct links to nature and the world. The imagery and metaphors are quite ambiguous, so the meaning is left open to interpretation.

An assignment by the Film Production course of the University of Westminster.
