yea, strange to experience slipping back in to the mind as relaxation, same for me. In fact it is suppressing the breath which is a discomfort. I even perceivedit as "safe", "secure". Or: entertaining.

'Force' is always used against something. If there is an 'against' there is separation from Oneness/all that is. And when there is separation frustration is sure to follow.
Watch out for an ego in disguise... the ego loves telling stories that 'make sense'.

more clarity comes as I become more Specifically Self Honest through consistently evaluating my thoughts / words / experiences / actions / behavior every moment of every day
I suggest investigating Self Honesty to be able to transcend ideas and actually self realize through self investigation
