It's all conditioned.
Everything you learn is conditioned into you by classical conditioning (stimulus pairing) and operant conditioning (behavioral strengthening).
Try this book "Meaningful Differences in the Everyday Lives of American Children" and "The Social World of Children Learning to Talk" by Todd Risley and Betty Hart.
