  • @GaolisVideoLog Bodhidharma is not a myth! he is a prince from southern india and if u wiki him you will find many citations to his life including sinological sources. No where does it contain any word containing 'myth' in his page, while pages for robin hood and king arthur do so comparison between them is highly ill advised. In china he is known as Da Mo and in japan he is know as Daruma; they even have daruma dolls.

  • You cannot compare martial arts, only fighters

  • Our martial art facts are processed into data which is now kung fu. It is not all disrespect for a great human who travelled from our place to your country and preached medicine and martial art skills.

  • Yes it was Bodhidharma who taught martial art to shaolin monks. From that your people modified it and name changed it to kung fu.

  • @AjdinLee ...That is a good question & the main one. To be fair, i'm not completely ruling out the possibility that Bodhi taught KungFu or that KungFu came from India. Anything is possible. But at this point & at this moment, there are no credible factual proof to back up this Bodhi claim. That's a fact. So to spread it around as if it's a fact, in my opinion, is wrong & disrespectful to the martial arts & kungfu.

  • @gbb357 you are probably right but then is the question how did shaolin monks learned to fight if Bodhidharma didn't learned them? Peace ;)

  • @U5011453

OK but never seen a Hindu using a chakram mainly sikhs use it

  • @SinghMankaran

Chakram is a pretty old weapon mentioned in Indian history, Hindus did use it, but was extensively used by Sikhs though.

  • @AjdinLee ..That kick i'm referring to from the video "Fighting without weapons, Kalarippayattu, Martial art, Kerala" at 1:56 of the video, will never be taught in any martial arts, especially not in KungFu. I mean seriously, why would you ever execute that kick & why would you ever teach that kick. It's quite hilarious & seriously pathetic. Peace to you as well my friend.

  • @AjdinLee ...Sorry to break it to you, but there's no proof that Bodhi knew any martial arts let alone KungFu. There are no similarities whatsover especially when it comes to kicks. If your logic is that KungFu evolved & Kalari did not, then not only are you delusional, but you're also in denial. One of the best example in regards to kick is the video "Fighting without weapons, Kalarippayattu, Martial art, Kerala". Watch it at 1:56 of the video & you'll see the pathetic retarded kick.

  • @ConfucianScholar hahaha...lol
