Please help, I'm having the problom with my ez500. Bought the same cable as you and aux. input cable for cd changer port on back of radio, still nothing

you have to go into your settings and turn aux on. its a simple fix just press and hold the pause button i believe.. this thing has about 500 (not literally) different settings. i can help if you cant figure it out

maybe ur plugging it into the subwoofer port. does it say "FRONT" near where ur hooking it up. because thats for the sub

i think u should turn off the kenwood and plug ur ipod ,then turn in back again ! may b it should work ! may b just may b im not sure
becasue same thing happened to my auidio interface too so i think it might work
