At one meeting in Belgium of the EU heads, the Spanish ambassador said the USA (CIA) showed a video of what a tactical nuke would look like if it were detonated in Brussels(Belgium) it showed the blast and then all the damage and a list of casualties in number of dead and injured as well as infrastructure damage. The clincher was...Osama was on the tail of the video saying he was responsible. But...it never happened....even though there was a video of the incident complete with a confession.
