Fucking shithole Minneapolis cop, what an asshole. But it's only fourteen seconds! Yeah, so there's something big outside these fourteen seconds that justifies taser usage? I don't think so, this is enough footage to determine no immediate threat was involved. Fuck that cop, should all get fired because he's a fucking asshole.

What would make a difference before or after (in terms of what transpired) that would change the fact that a police officer used his Taser for a purpose other than "immediate fear for his or others safety/life? The Taser is now the tool of choice for cops. And not in a good way, it's become a torture device. Punching and kicking leaves too much evidence. Police are KILLING people with these Tasers and getting away with murder, literally.
