2 teaspoons of sugar
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1 1/2 ounces Bacardi Silver rum
2 dashes of Angostura bitters (optional)
Sparkling water
Sprig of fresh mint, for garnish

nice shot, glad that u didn't use whole limes n brown sugar =) could you make a video of a mai tai a la Victor Bergeron? sure..it would be hard to find the same rum..but another nice jamaican rum should do it so far. the most videos ive seen about how to make a mai tai r "trash"..punched with juices or premixes or even grenadine. nice videos..keep going, greetz from germany
