@CoreyHartRules Soo many people fuck with the system and get away with it. The having kids thing is only one of them.

@CoreyHartRules dont know about it stopping them but its common sense, if one can not support them then why fucking have them. I understand shit happens and mothers end up alone, most support should go to single mothers with children.

People go where the work is, their is always work in Toronto, same as Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Montreal.

I would love to move out to Newfoundland/PEI, but no work, from what I hear tons of them go to Alberta to work in Oil sands.

@Baseshocks I never understood why people stay in overly priced Toronto when they can't afford it. but this 3 kid policy could get kinda tricky. what if a woman had 1 kid from a previous relationship and a man had 3 kids from a previous relationship, then they have 1 kid together, should that kid get or not get baby bonus? so all the welfare kids in your class grew up to be system scammers? if the govt implemented your policy idea, would it actually stop poor people from having 3+ kids?

@CoreyHartRules nope because their parents teach their kids how to scam and bullshit the system, kids turn out like the parents. Don't know how it is elsewhere but growing up in Toronto tons of peeps i went to school with always had tons of brothers and sisters and never had money for lunch....... Laws should be set no baby bonus or welfare bonuses for people more then 3 kids. if ya going to have more then 3 then you should be able to support them.

@Baseshocks most people on welfare only have 2 kids anyways. check statscan if you don't believe me. anyways if someone did have 9 kids on welfare and they grow up in canada, then wouldn't that reduce the number of immigrants needed in the future?
