  • Should I get this? I got one mate who has a 75 watt Line 6 who tells me to get the same as him and that to spend £80 on this would be a waste of money, and I have another mate who as soon as he saw and heard this he said GET IT and advised against spending like £250 on a Line 6 when I am just starting out.

  • @J4m3z1 If you're starting out, this is a great choice. It's really small and portable, you can take it inside a backpack and no one will notice. Extra point: it can work with batteries. If you're getting serious, I will save £600 to gt a decent tube amp, there's nothing like the sound of hot valves. To me, Line 6 is like a joke... now Marshall, Peavey and, Fender, those are real amps that serious players use for practice and gigs.

  • I just got one 6 hours ago! It made me impulsive. Tnx for showing this...

  • @junkeen Yeah man, this amp inspires you to play!

  • It was tested in an enclosed, empty room or it's the amp with built-in reverb?

  • b44styreraug, what you hear in most cases is the built-in reverb. Check the description before each recording test so you can know when it's "dry" and when it's "wet". BTW, if you like the video, rate it :) Thanks in advance.

  • @Crazytjeuh True! and what I find with the "Blackstar", is that no matter what guitar I plug in, or how I tweak the settings, it always sounds very "Boxy"!!

  • @2SugarsPleeze Hey i had the 1 watt blackstar aswell. I didn't really like it because of the fizzy distortion and you couldn't shape it as much

  • I have this amp and the Blackstar 1watt valve.

The Roland is far better in every way.

  • song at :32

    ??? plz tell me

  • there is nothing worse than string noise :D

  • i gotta say that 0:30 distortion was horrible

  • It's a great amp. I've owned, and still own, many vintage Fender , Marshall, Music Man, Soldano, Hiwatt, etc., amps. This is the best amp you'll ever find for the money. It's basically a practice amp, but if you wanted to mic it to play a club, it'd do anything you wanted it too, like a cheap whore.

  • @killthepixelnow vox amps are not far behind, they have some god tube amps aswell

  • @killthepixelnow

You make sense. I figured that eventually I will need a bigger better amp anyway (a nice tube amp!) and I believe this little thing will always come in handy because it is so small and portable yet surprisingly powerful. Also, I travel up and down the country often using public transport so if I want to take my guitar it would be practically impossible if I had bought an amp any bigger than this. Thanks! ^_^
