This is just one mans personal preference. You don't have to put your levers in the way he says because it's "right" Have your levers in the position that is most comfortable for you.

The free sag (from the bike's own weight) info in print in the video is backward and wrong. If the value is too small ( say 10-15mm) it's over sprung, go to a softer spring to bring into 30mm range. If the value is too big/ soft, (45-50), a stiffer spring will bring it into 30mm range. Don't see how they got that wrong.
