Somali pirates highjack yacht with four hostages

CBS News Correspondent Mark Phillips reports on a yacht with four Americans on board that was captured by Somali pirates. Then, Chris Wragge talks to maritime security analyst Tim Hart about how the area became so dangerous, what the Americans were doing there and how difficult it will be to get them back.

The world does not know how to deal with these pirates. You cannot pay ransom to these terrorists. It's like rewarding a dog with a treat for bad behavior. When these pirates take hostages, you just storm the ship and kill them all. Hostages may die, but this is the price that needs to be paid if you ever want to truly stop behavior like this. Solution: These waters you must have registered ships only, no reg, then you die! You’re boarded, if no card then your checked on computer, no link then there sunk.
