This video shows how to put the car up on jackstands for work underneath, not just tire changing.
Take care on these old (40 years) cars. The underbody is thin sheet metal. I have had a rear jack pad punch through from rust even though no rust showed outside.
The center jack peg can tear out on a car that is still solid enough not to sag.
They're Citroens (rustbuckets) after all. Like almost all cars, they weren't intended by the mfgr. to last 20, 30, 40 years.

I thought you were supposed to use the suspension to "jack" the car up. Set suspension in high - place jackstand under point - set suspension in normal/low, and the wheel would lift up.
