  • Wow...It's 10 Killing Hands!!! I never thought I would see this fist set again. Not many know this form or have every seen this before...

  • hi bop,

thats great you recognise the form- you are Chui Kow line from Wong fei Hong Hung Gar lineage then, if this is part of your training. Plz check out my other vids

  • Hi everyone, hope that you enjoy watching my videos in my account.

For Hung Gar training you should just try to train the characteristics of our style- Hard with Soft, Fast with Slow, and combine correct breathing with good stance training. forget about whos better than who, and just simply refine yourself.

Practice with humility as a discipline..and improvement as an everyday goal-never be satisfied with your own level to gain skill yourself. Thankyou for your comments

  • Good and rare Hung form.

  • nice execution :D

  • (bows) I definitely recommend that hung gar is a tough and vigorous form well done

  • Looks Similar to Fu-Hok, Slight Diffrences I like how you or your teacher simplified the form and made it shorter, Nothing wrong with changing the form to better help the student.

    overall Good Job :)

  • i like the chalk effect
