It's so funny to watch this video now, 3 months later, and see how dumb this Peter Van Sant is. We now know perfectly well that the DNA on the blade of the knife (even if on low number) perfectly matches Meredith's DNA.

Also, it is now well proven that Guede could NOT have possibly committed the crime alone. So this Peter Van Sant is either a mercenery journalist (which would be a disgrace to journalism) or he's simply pathetic.

Funny I don't know about the Italy's justice system. But I do know about the American Justice system. I know that if you are white the systems looks for evidence to find you innocent. If you are a minority the system looks for evidence to find you guilty. Double standards at it best.

It is sad to hear what this cse is about. I hope Amanda Knox is doing okay since she was in the Italian Prison for 4 years. The crazy thing is that there was dna evidence, but the knife does not match the impression made on the bed. This is a crazy situation

Meredith's room would have been filled with dozens of bloody footprints, handprints and DNA of three people, not one, if the prosecutor's theory is true. Moreover, it would have been impossible to remove all traces of evidence of Amanda and Raffaele while leaving all evidence of Rudy intact. Mignini framed them.

@NoelNora Only an idiot would confess a murder when being innocent. I am from a poorer country where police is really violent. I was taken to interrogation and been beaten. No one dies from a slap on the face or for being yelled at, so i did not tell them what they wanted to hear...she defo had some involvement and that is why she admitted. She can't even remember her own lies, that's how many she's been telling since it all begun.

Nobody cares Van Sant's reputation as a journalist 'cause he doesn't have such a thing.

I'd give a guilty verdict to Peter Van Sant for spreading non-sense over the air, and also give a guilty verdict to CBS for hiring this pathetic excuse of journalism.
