Wow, I didn't know it was a contest. Sounds to me like you really want to prove that people that don't eat lots of greens are unhealthy, and I can see why that's important to you, but unfortunately it just doesn't fit the broader facts. I know I need to eat lots of greens to feel better, but many are blessed with good health and don't eat greens. Many. We mustn't let ideaology get in the way of functionality.

  • @feralkevin Sorry but the inuit are not known for as you put it "super healthy". Athletes are FAR FAR FAR from super healthy. No, you lose'

  • I think the alter was likely for something we wouldn't like, like blood, etc. Remember typically those who build labor intensive structures like this throughout history are to put it clearly, the F***heads. Greeks, Romans, Egyptians, Aztec, they all were cultures that conquered and destroyed, enslaved and brutalized. And ultimately had an ecologically destructive meme.

If anyone eats a very high percentage of low fat raw food. ie fruit and greens then any excess blubber vanishes!..... that's as long as you keep off the fat nuts and seeds!!!

I agree with Victoria B. Green smoothies is one of the best things you can do for your health.

The Inuit. Most indigenous cultures are very light to non existant on the greens in their diet. And I bet if you did a survey, I bet most professional athletes eat little if any greens. Even Gianni said the Peru Indians he was with ate little or no greens a few episodes ago. If you actually do the research, you'll find that to be true as well.

  • @feralkevin name one

  • I love green smoothies and greens in general, but there's all these super healthy cultures, peoples, and athletes, what-have-you -- that don't eat greens at all.

  • I say a alter to collect blood!

  • @greatbydesign33 i think its the products they sell.
