theres a rreally ill book that Del is in where he talks about writing his best tracks and how he comes up with flows, and rhyme patterns and how he records, its a dope book... "HOW.TO RAP' is what its called

also people like ATCQ, Public Enemy, Souls of Mischief, Big Daddy Kane, etc all speak about rapping in that book
