At work, when I need to teach staff a concept, I can tell men the distilled, fundamental principal - and they will fill in the details themselves. You simply give them the objective and they will use their own initiative.

With women EVERYTHING has to be spelled out and written down - they don't care how or why it works; they just want a grocery list of steps to complete the action with zero thought or creativity.

@wotnochips But there becomes a point where arguing with certain people is pointless....because they wont listen. People whose idea of arguing that consists with name calling, shaming language and no logic is pointless and "blocking" is the same as "walking away" which makes more sense to me than arguing with fools lol. Besides, what is being said in this video is NOT part of the status quo and VERY controversial...to people with no sense of reality which is more than 50% of the population.
