    А с чего бы тут лишение??? Мотоциклист не пострадал. На перекрестках разворот не запрещен. Даже если был бы запрещен, то и тогда за это только штраф 1000-1500 рублей.

    Смотря, что еще напишет в протоколе пострадавший, если напишет не лишать, то могут не лишить. Но гаёвый сказал, что светит лишение. + штраф за саму аварию.

    Меня сбили на мото.Был синяк на руке.Справка из травмпункта и после суда водитель год без прав.

    есть еще такая штука как пострадавшие при дтп, если их нет то так оно и будет как тут описано. то что вы тут пишете что он не постарадал все это ерунда, то что он жив и встал это хорошо, но попробуйте сами так приземлиться, хрен знает что у него может сместилось, надо делать снимки. в рубашке родился, дай бог здоровья!
