And So I Watch You From Afar are a four-piece instrumental post-rock band from Belfast, Northern Ireland. The band consists of Rory Friers and Tony Wright on guitars with Johnny Adger on bass and Chris Wee on drums. The band is highly tipped by various music publications such as Kerrang! and NME. They have become well known for their energetic and powerful live performances.
