【芋仔鹹粥】
主料 / 白米1杯、大芋頭半個、五花肉6兩、蝦米2大匙、芹菜1支、紅蔥頭4粒
調味料 / 鹽1小匙、胡椒粉1/3小匙
做法 /
1、白米、蝦米洗淨先浸泡,芋頭、五花肉切丁,芹菜、紅蔥頭切末備用。
2、起油鍋用少許油爆香紅蔥頭後,邊炒邊加入白米和水炒至糊狀,再加入芋頭、五花肉和蝦米。
3、加水至淹過食材3公分,和鹽、胡椒調味,等米煮至開花即可,食用時灑上芹菜花。

【雞捲】
主料 / 魚漿半斤、里肌肉4兩、洋蔥半個、豆腐皮2張、地瓜粉半杯
調味料 / 酒1小匙、鹽1/2小匙、胡椒粉1/2小匙、五香粉1/4小匙、糖1小匙、醬油1小匙
做法 /
1、里肌肉切條狀,用酒、鹽、胡椒粉、五香粉、糖、醬油醃製,洋蔥切條狀,豆腐皮對切備用。
2、取一容器放入魚漿、洋蔥絲、地瓜粉及醃製過的肉條拌勻。
3、豆腐皮攤開放入魚漿料,包裹成長條狀,以100~120度低溫油炸,至金黃色浮起撈出即可。
