Bach Harpsichord Concerto BWV 1052 Rock Remix

This is a rock remix of one of Bach's best pieces (IMO). I have been working on recording it for the past two weeks. Note that this is an unmixed version I added just to tease people with. I realize treating a masterpiece like this isn't the most likely way to get people to understand where I'm coming from but it's just how I hear it in my head. It is nowhere near finished and I am having some difficulty playing parts of it. Recording is taking place at Ka'ala Studios Manoa Hawai'i. All instuments recorded by Collen Kelton. The finished version will appear on Cosmic Hawk's debut album "The Hawk" due out sometime this year. A single of a different song is available on iTunes for download. Enjoy and please comment.. If you would play this remix for someone not familiar with Bach he/she wold wonder with bands s playing that song and I would say. That is Johann Sebastian Bach. Rocker since 1685!

I for one liked it.

Bach is most definetally rock. He was such an innovative composer and basically he just rocked.

And I've always been interested in the idea of mixing classical and rock music myself.
