Walking by I noticed a man"trying to" do a citizens arrest on a kid, The kid with the help of a friend broke free and ran away. This so called " Floor walker grabs another kid and blames him for it. Funny video, watching this did make me giggle, A Women shrike, and a crowd gather. (Notice the pita pit sign)
