Top 2 comments are spot on, this is a solidly built, explosive warthog and even if all the dogs went at him at once, he would sure as hell take a handful of dogs down with him. Those tusks can do real damage and the dogs (being a smart type of predator) know this. Risk vs reward is just not worth it here

@brandonisawesome11 They are actually just playing with it.
They must be really smart dogs. There's a whole pack of them there, enough of them to bring down a fully grown wildebeast, so they don't bother using energy to bring down a single warthog which will only feed a few of them. Plus a feisty warthog like that is likely to cause severe injuries to several of the dogs, so it's just not worth it. A smart predator makes judgments like this.
