I am so excited for you! Congratulations!
I was wondering in what part of the country you are located. What are temperatures like and do you have wind. I have had so many failures some particularly caused by wind.
Thanks for taking the time to share all of this wonderful information.

I am in the eastern part of the u.s. on the edge of the appalachian mountain range. This makes for sorta frustrating times to cook when its an active rainy season in summer. I have cooked cassaroles on panel cookers in February in 40 degree weather with snow on the ground. Wind, I don't have alot of, BUT, I can say, if you can look around, see where the sun hits well, but in a sheltered spot, you can cook without much trouble. What kind of oven or cooker do you use?
