Laid-Back Lou

Mom got this cool fuzzyguy at Atlantic City as a gift from a kind middle-aged Asian woman with a heavy accent because, she said, "I want you to remember me". There's more to the story, but it involved walking down a highway in blistering August heat and it would take too long to go through. Anyhoo, end result: Fuzzy parrot! I mean, not a real one, but one Mom apparently used last October at a Halloween costume party she went to as a pirate(ss?).
