Really easy science trick using shampoo. Pour a thin stream of shampoo onto a hard surface and watch the unusual effects of the stream.
This is called the Kaye Effect. To film the slow motion parts I used the Casio EX-F1 camera. I filmed the slow mo parts 600 fps.

It is called the "Kayes-effect" i believe. It also works with ketchup.. At least theoretically.
It happens because when stress is applied, it hardens for a millisecond or so :)
just like the stuff that looks fluid, but if you stomp hard enough on it, you can walk on it.
Physics is so awesome :D
