  • why you don`t show us with proper weights ... ?

  • thats too slow man..u can bring the weight as fast as u can when lifting upwards that will give u more explosiveness and power ,silly bbers do something functinal

  • Whats you maximum weight / lifts? Take the Military Press Challenge at Konkura.com ?

  • @BlueBlazeful2 you're just a complete retard... in weight lifting the most important movement is the one you hold.. This is where your muscles tear more tissues. When you're going down, its the most important thing to go slowwwwwww.........2-0-4

  • He ain't going too low... That's what we call FULL reps, if you actually feel pain going that low, your joints are kinda weak or you're just not used to it.

  • you're going way 2 low down brow

  • You are going to low, increasing risk of injury.

  • 90 degree is not enough, for shoulders you need to do more reps, but with lower weights, to control well dumb-bells

  • @1CENTexchange yup he lets them 2 low , a 90degree is enough ;)

  • you're putting too much stress on the shoulders.

you'll realize this when u injure urself
