@HeroKLVideo You cant underclock an ATI Radeon HD 5450 For one. If you think the lag in this video is UC and not FPS You clearly need to learn a thing or two about computers and the english language.. pleasse don't comment on my video again unless you have an iq greater than my dog. :s
