I don't drink coffee, but I stopped in for a sandwich. I was greeted immediately and had a great sandwich. On my way out, the girl at the counter used my name. I've been back and have recommended the shop based on that experience. Too many companies across the country have let their customer service standards decline. Not this shop. Great to see the passion and honesty in this video. I hope to meet John there soon. What a great smile...

I am not a "regular" of this place, simply because of its proximity to campus, but every time I've gone in, I've seen this guy and he's pretty passionate about his business, which is so refreshing compared to a lot of "apathetic" people you see these days.
