  • @ThePeopleneedhelp Six-cores mate as well as newer architecture and more cache. And the socket for this is LGA 2011 cheers

  • @ThePeopleneedhelp i7-2600 = 3.4Ghz, TB 3.8Ghz, 4C/8T, 8Mb.... i7-3930k = 3.2Ghz, TB3.8Ghz, 6C12T, 12Mb.... About 1/3 to 1/2 faster with i7-3930k than i7-2600

  • Wrong, this isn't the first time Intel doesn't ship you a Heatsink, any Unlocked CPU (just as Intel Core i7-875k or i7-2600k) Will not come with any heatsink. Reason: They are unlocked CPU, made to be overclocked, meaning a basic OEM heatsink wont be enaugh cooling for overclocking.
