  • Bad mobility, increase the mobility before stability or force training

  • @etienneverstegen - this exercise is designed to increase mobility. That is the point.

  • His knees came forward when he went into the squat. Try to keep the knees in position and focus on driving your hips back in order for this exercise to hit your hamstrings.
