  • @integra1able yes, but what you have to realise is that its proof that climate change is directly linked to increases in Co2 in the Atmosphere, therefore the fact that modern humans are kicking out 1000s of tonnes more can only mean that we will increase/speed up/worsen the effects of NATURAL climate change into an UN-NATURAL cycle which will have catastrophic effects for us (bye bye Bangladesh)

  • @Giantcrabb The sun has slightly cooled since the 1960s but the temperature has increased despite this. Go to the website "Skeptical Science" and look up the argument "It's the Sun" for more info.

  • The problem is that us humans can't come to terms with how insignificant we are. it's like trying to stop the seasons from changing, we should just let the universe run it's course and enjoy it.

  • He makes brilliant tv programmes but I have to disagree with him here.

there has been at least five ice ages in the history of the earth. there was no cars or planes around to bring the end of the other ice ages. all these gases and chemicals such as co2's are native to this planet and the universe and so are us humans who are supposedly to blame. We are all the same, we are all made from stardust. the universe is constantly changing and one day the earth and the sun will die, that's a fact. Th

  • climate change is caused by the sun and it's a natural process. why a geologist buys into this scare mongering is beyond me. he should know better.

the climate has been changing for billions of years - that's how we got here.

pollution is another matter. i think many people confuse the two.

  • 2 years later and nothing has been done, CO2 concentrations have been rising in an increasing rate (exponential grow). I don't get it... What else is needed to be done?
