  • @dane1234abc1 I would leave the film on until I was certain the oscilloscope functioned as it should

  • I bought this and for the first week it appeared great - until I wanted to see the fast signals. In fast timebase mode, it has uncertainty in trigger point of 10ns - it means that the edge of the fast signals is displayed jittering with 10ns offset. The same crystal-generated signal displayed on other oscilloscopes does not have any problem. The jittering is VERY visible and annoying on 25,10 and 5ns/division. Did someone experience the same problem and can confirm? 5olexander, could you check

  • @dane1234abc1 The guy is bright enough to operate an oscilloscope... so I'm pretty sure the plastic film is right where he wants it.

  • Any plans to remove the protective plastic film that is only needed during shipment, to ensure no scratches to the display screen? That will get rid of the air pocket problem on portions of your screen.

  • Can you make video of FFT function?

  • Thanks for posting by the way. We need more consumer reviews on this type of equipment..

  • Nice looking budget DSO. I have just ordered one of these too. Hope it is OK, but you can't expect too much for US$320. I was going to order the similar Rigol DSO, but this one is 100Mhz without being modified, has 1Gs and is slightly cheaper than the Rigol. I guess time will tell if I have made the right choice..

  • Looks interesting, but nice and steady signal generator waveforms are far too easy to check out capabilities. I suggest using real-life signal (audio, video, μ-processor and what not). Also capturing a slow process and zooming in as far as possible. Do not forget the instrument has TWO input channels: let them come out. Cheers!
