Stoat weaning - day 2 - 2nd video

Again this is the little stoat on day 2 of weaning and already able to sniff out where his meat is.

I incorrectly estimated his age as being in his second week when he was brought to me, but further research has brought to light a kitten development chart, so he is actually about 4½-5 weeks here, apologies for the wrong information given in the vid.

Where did you find this little guy?

She was found somewhere in Northumberland by a man who said he saw the mother being killed by a mink. I work at a wildlife sanctuary and brought her home to rear as the owners were on holiday and we were short staffed, so it was easier to care for her at my home.
