Former Bush strategist Karl Rove has again refused to voluntarily testify before Congress regarding the political prosecution of former Alabama Gov. Don Siegelman -- a prosecution, basically, for daring to be a successful, popular Democrat in a Republican-run state.

Congresswoman Linda Sanchez, who chairs the Congressional subcommittee investigating the improper prosecution of Gov. Siegelman, reveals in this interview on Verdict with Dan Abrams that a Justice Department investigation is underway, in addition to the Congressional probe headed by House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers.

Did anyone ever hear of SEPARATIONS OF POWERS that is in the US constitution? All 3 branches are separate but equal. Congress has no more rights over the executive branch than it does over congress, except the limited powers such as congress can declare war (which it did in the Iraq war) that are bestowed by the US constitution.
