This is my all time Fav dish Cauliflower and cheese is what we call it here in the UK. Just remember it was a dish I alway look forward to when my Mum would cook it.

This "sauce" would be great as a cheese sauce for broccoli & cauliflower! I miss that!

Mmmmm...bacon :-)
I am in Vegas in my mind but not in body. I love it there and when I lived in Phoenix we were known to go to Vegas every couple of months...that is how I got the nickname. I am going there in a few short weeks with my friend Paula for a girls weekend! Can't wait!!

Even though you didn't use the onions, ( green onions are not THAT high) I would still count it closer to 5 then 4.

I ran everything through my counting software and it came out to 4.3 net carbs. Total carbs was 7.

Hey Kelly,
If it's mushy, I wonder if we could do this without steaming the cauliflower until it's done, more firm may be yummy.
Take a peek at Jimmy Moore's Fauxtatoes with Bacon & Cheese too :). I'll try your recipe soon.

I didn't find if mushy, just tender...the texture was pretty much right on for macaroni noodles. :-)
