  • problem is all you guys go to shops with an inaccurate dyno, probably a dynojet dyno.....yes brand new off the showroom floor it made 301 on my very own Superflow dyno.....gotta compare apples to apples not apples to oreos

  • doesnt anybody know about rear wheel numbers????? your little 3.6L at 306 HP would do roughly 217 to the rear wheels on a Superflow ''chassis dyno''........sorry for any confusion for those who already understand this

  • a bit of clarification--stock camaro before ant mods was 301 RWHP...after stroking to 6.9L it made about 410RWHP...this done on a Superflow dyno, not the entry level inaccurate Dynojet that everybody seems to be used to with the inflated power numbers.....this thing flat hauls ass....10k on the engine now, no issues whatsoever

  • YES 6.9L....YES 301 REAR WHEEL HP...

  • the shop is called speed sports ding dong

  • I am a dealer and can get you good pricing. mark 480-539-4842

  • Dude your number can't be right with the way that thing sounds. 6.9L. All those mods and only 410 rwhp???? And a stock SS is going to make WAAAAYYYYY more than 301 rwhp. Are you kidding me dude? Do you really think an SS is going to lose almost 100 hp through the drive train? I had a 2000 z28 with 285 rwhp with bolt ons.

  • Hmm this doesn't seem right at all...I haven't even added my camshaft to mine and with Long Tube headers and Corsa exhaust and intake I'm making 408 RWHP. WIth a cam you should be around 460+ RWHP. Is this an L99?

  • @8jhusk ya

  • @sasserdave yes i know im just saying that boring alone does really little. on my latest build i had it bored 30 over to clean up a bit of a ridge 5 cubes doesnt really do much for me tho. but your right, id rather have them than not. but to just go get a motor bored and nothing else is just a waste of money.

  • @8jhusk i would hope u would know i seen your vids but even if u bore a motor u gain from it

  • @sasserdave in your other comment you just said bore.. i know how to stroke a motor, ive done it befor.

  • @8jhusk and besides to add to my other comment u cant stroke a motor if u dont clear it for a larger crank and bore it over, thats stroking a motor to make say a 383 u use a 400 crank and chose from 30. 60 or 90 over

  • @8jhusk thats like saying having a bigger motor dont go faster it does alot maybe u should do some research on that bud
