I finally got my Elite License on Burnout Paradise, unlocking the option to paint the cars solid gold. Then the only thing keeping me from 100% was the Time Road Rules. I wanted to wait until I had a gold car to make all the street signs gold as well. 100% unlocks the ability to paint the cars straight platinum.

Now I can finally go on to playing another game. To get 101% you have to beat 2 sets of Online Challenges. Maybe I'll worry with all that later. I'm happy for now at one hundred.

  • With the time road rules, do you have to beat the online times or would it be easier to do them offline? I don't remember if there's an option to race against offline times, so would you have to unplug your ethernet cable to compete against them?

  • That's a good question. It works like this: Beating the online Road Rules (whether Time or Crash / Showtime) doesn't count toward your game completion at all. That's just a way for you to compete with people on your Friends List. You can still be connected and signed in online to beat the offline Road Rules. On any given street, pressing Up on the D-Pad toggles thru the street sign at the top of the screen; toggle till you see "Best Offline Time." I hope that helps.

  • How do you do Showtime? I've been trying to figure it out ever since I got the game.

  • If you're playing on the PS3, press R1 and L1 at the same time. If you're on something else, I don't know what to tell you. Should be the button that skips radio tracks and the button that lets you look behind you.

  • FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

  • Not funny dude D:

  • funny slow motion voice

  • is the end realy slowmoed

  • If you want a good racing car with some strength, use SPUR! Or, if you complete the burning route for Spur, then Hotspur! :D

  • @RikimaruTheHulk That does help, thank you very much! And thanks for the video, also :-)

  • I think he speaks in his original voice when it's not slow-motioned.

  • @rickput And the Opus used to be a badass lowrider that got a major downgrade. Alot of the returning cars got downgraded in favor of the newer cars.
