Space War was first written for the PDP-1 in 1962. This classic video game is now available for the iPhone and iPod Touch. In this game, space ships orbit a star while launching missiles at targets and opponents. Simple controls allow thrust, turn, and fire to avoid incoming missiles, while steering clear of a fiery plunge into the sun.

In training mode, top scores are made by shooting ten targets as quickly as possible. Once you have the knack, test your skill in competition against a friend by linking over the network in fight mode.
