so sad all these shit instructors and mma guys are looked to for self defense....tony is so the best I've found in twenty yrs of study. I send so many people to his website in hopes that they will realize the truth.
I trained in his stuff since about 1995 with one of his PDR coaches. Since then, I've seen just about everything out there, but BTS is still the core of my self-defence.
Best advice on self-defense! I read a Carl Cestari article that said that self-defense should not take years to learn. Basic gross motor dangerous movements baby.
