one of my friends just uses his brothers or family account but at least they can see whats going one.

Ya know there are adults leaving YTube because other adults have gotten thier personal information somehow. SO just imagine some creepy pervert doing the same thing to one of these youngsters. Its really kinda scary to even think about. YTube has an obligation to, do within its powers to, keep this from happening...ie not let the youngsters on!!!!

If something where to happen to one of these youngsters...just who do you think the parents are going to blame first, my guess is YTube would be blamed.....This all has to do with liabilities.
