  • Is there a way to use Application firewall on a TZ100 wireless N? I have upgraded the firmware to SonicOS Enhances 5.8.0.2. I would like to limit Netflix and youtube bandwidth. Thanks

  • @bdcrandall13 As of the date/time of this posting the TZ100 series (wired/wireless) do not support the web application firewall features.

  • @cgreentx This is where you realise you have to block Spotify altogether. Download/Inbound isn't the problem here. The upload/outbound is! (another alternative is to slow down any computer using Spotify - not sure if that can be done with Sonicwall)

  • The data flowing to spotify.com web sites isn't really the part that needs to be bandwidth limited here. Have you found a way with the application firewall to limit the bandwidth coming from their CDN as well as the peer to peer traffic it generates?

  • Does NSA 4500 have this feature as I am not able to find this on my menu page :) thanks for helping

  • Is there another way to do that using the TZ100 W? Perhaps you have another video that shows how to do something like that.

    Thanks in advance.
