"IMAX: Hubble 3D" debuts at the Air and Space Museum...we give it the "red carpet" treatment - checking out the movie, checking in with the astronaut stars, listening to the star who voiced it over - Leonardo DiCaprio, and weighing in with the director and the NASA brass about the wow-factor of the IMAX experience. Also: a Falcon 9 "hot fire" disappoints, the shuttle program manager says "no problem" for shuttle to keep flying, and safely -- it's only a question of money -- and Obama gets ready to speak up for his controversial new plan for NASA...and braces for what promises to be a firestorm of protest at planned April 15 conference on the future of America's space program.

  • Just wanted to thank Miles and the rest of the team at Spaceflight Now for all the work they do. Your excellent reporting provides a great service of public awareness that's desperately needed during this time of transition in our space program. Great job, keep it up!

  • Is it possible to put 'This week in Space' on NASA TV?

  • Hello

  • Sandals there is a guy that told me that he needed to call me lonely only

to find me in whatever house I am in. This time though not lonely or

able cry the worst one found me he and I not together.

  • @Kapitananime Last estimate for the Ares getting done was the late 2020's. The Saturn 5 was built in less time than that.

  • March 12 is meh birfdayyy!!!!!!!

  • March 12 is my Birthday!

  • @robinh66 i hate having to watch short ads

  • i see all my Episodes at TV[.]UsNetxxx[.]com

  • @milesobrien3 miles, first off you're the man and i love your show. secondly if i had money to spare and wasn't a poor college student yes i would be very willing. Lastly i apologize, i didn't know the adds youtube throws up on the videos helped pay for productions like yours.

  • BTW, I get the video via podcast, I don't see any adds. That's not the "reason" I get the podcast, nothing against YouTube, I just prefer the delivery.

  • 1. Put a PayPal "tip jar" on the main site. Suggest donating during the 'cast.

    2. Get sponsors. I don't think most people would mind watching a short ad if it's something space geeks would be interested in and as long as it wasn't right i the middle. I know several podcasts that are sponsored and just have a very short 10-15 second add at the end in the 'cast. Not intrusive.
