  • I think I see the idea behind this...the top part (which I assume, although smaller has the same or more mass as the bottom, by being made of different material) moves with a geometry which causes it to create more centripital force than the bottom...interesting Idea, but the prob is no matter how you make it, the circular nature of the weights movement will balence out the centripital force....neither the top nor the bottom would create any thrust.
